I used this to mill 38° angle holes through ½" and ⅜" steel. Milled a total of 40 holes with no problem. After that I was just curious to see how it would hold up to stainless steel, so I milled a hole right through ⅜" stainless steel with out any chipping or breaking of the bit. Of course I was using kool mist coolant. It is still sharp and no chips in it. Needless to say I am very impressed with this bit, and was not expecting this kind of quality for this price

Material density seems to be on point with more expensive brands as seen with the weight. The cutting edge has maintained through quite a few jobs and seems to be as sharp as new. Definitely recommended. I have tried quite a few discount bits and this is one of the best.
